  Audit Findings The audit findings conducted at the CPUT Library revealed the following factors:- Little succession planning and mentorship Outdated knowledge in the knowledge repositories No clear understanding by personnel on the organizational vision and mission and how it ties up with the job specifications Conventional   methods of sharing knowledge Shortages in ICT and digital literacy skills amongst library personnel ·    Users find some library services and offerings too traditional and recommend more tech savvy methods to improve delivery. This  portal through it design and content will hopefully offer alternative solutions to the findings.
